🥚 Garden Quiche – A breakfast that feels like a morning ritual. Loaded with greens, herbs, and seasonal veggies, this one freezes and reheats like a dream.

🌶️ Smokey Black Bean Rancheros – Lunchtime comfort with bold flavors and plant-based power. This was one of my very first plant-based recipes 30 years ago…and it still hits every time.

🍆 Nawlins Ratatouille – The dinner rotation mainstay. Layers of eggplant, squash, peppers, and Creole soul, ready to warm you from the inside out.

No time? No problem. These meals are prepped in advance, frozen with love, and ready to nourish on your schedule.

This is more than meal prep—it’s wellness in rhythm with the garden, and a little self-love in every bite.
